Update payment information...
 
This is what it says as I am trying to renew my credit card info....

"Want to update payment info? You can go to the product subscription page and update the payment method information."

When I go there - there is no such link or even prompt.

How do I do this?

Also - I keep getting emails to ask me to renew my update plan - when I have already done it!

The forum is FULL of people having issues with the subscription plans. Including people who have paid their subscription fee, but do not have their license updated, and even though they spent their hard-earned money, are dead in the water for days. Word to the wise, guys...if you're going to "sell" a product on this basis, you should be really absolutely certain that everything about it actually works. One vote for "just buy the software!" And don't get me started on the support plans...

I started a support case on your behalf to get this resolved (done via the Access The Support Center link in your Avid account). This info is typically edited via the Avid Store Shipping and Billing link in your Avid account, but you're right - there's no link there in yours.

Likely since you renewed Upgrades but not Plugins & Support, so you can ignore those notices if not renewing the latter.

New Application Manager v2.5.4 Launching
By end of day, March 22, 2016, we expect to launch a new Application Manager v2.5.4. This new AppMan v2.5.4 is specifically for Pro Tools users and will include a message if their Pro Tools Support & Upgrade plan is expiring.

Already Renewed: There is a possibility that some Pro Tools customers who have recently renewed may receive this “warning” message in AppMan v2.5.4. However, as long as their Avid Master account reports the Support & Upgrade plan time period correctly, they can ignore the warning.

Thanks Jeffro - I decided to renew my support and plug in plan -and paid the extra $99.00 by PayPal - but did not receive anything from Avid to say that you had got the order. Obviously I am concerned that I will miss out and also lose on the Eleven offer. Could you take a look at this for me too?

Can you believe that this is still to be fixed. Even if I wanted to buy something - or extend my plan - there is STILL no link in my Avid account to renew my expired credit card. We are talking March to December.

Please can someone look at this and fix it?

I suppose not!

If you can't do the simple things... can you believe for some us who want to renew - there is a even bug that prevents a simple thing like updating payment details.

Incredible way to run a business.

Confirmed that the CC text is still present, though your product dates and licensing are all are correct (and you did get your Eleven license). Escalating to IT again, sorry for the concern this has caused.
