ilok License problem , help
 
I lost my ilok with my PT License in it few month ago , so I report ilok website for my lost and buy a new one , but I found my old ilok again and it still works so I use it for a while . A Few days ago , my PT tell me my old ilok is disable , I try to use my new one but I don't know how to transfer my old license to it ,
I check ilok application there is 0 license in my ilok account i don't know why , it trouble me for many days , Is there any solution ? thx! :-)

Hi,


After reporting to ilok they will place a lock on the ilok once it is synced to an account!


You need to contact Ilok and tell them you found the ilom and asked if it can be un-locked or if you can transfer the old license from it to your new ilok
