Waves Doppler / access violation

I have the Waves Gold bundle. And I use the plugins with PT Express. Every plugin works great, but when I try to launch DOPPLER Pro Tools Express says:

"Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00000000". Then the program freezes and I have to ctrl alt del to manually shut down the program.

Why doesn't it work?

My plugs: Pro Tools Express plugins, Waves Gold and Renaissance Maxx.

This error also happens here in Pro Tools 10 (RTAS). Works in Pro Tools 12 and Cubase.
