Renew PT and Plugins?
 

I just renewed my Pro Tools subscription, but I do not see an option for plugins. Has that changed? Also, why are there now two dates listed for expiration? I've attached an image so you can see what I'm seeing on my end.

I have exactly the same problem. I could only renew the Annual upgrade plan.
The Pro Tools | Software with 12 Month Upgrade and Support Plan cannot be renewed !
Hope this will be fixed soon..

We recently released our Complete Plug-In Bundle at half the cost of the Plug-In and Support Plan (with way more plug-ins). We have also rolled online (webcase) support into Upgrade Plans so the Plug-In and Support Plan has basically become obsolete. Existing Plans are still in effect, just no longer renewable.

As far as displaying 2 dates, that's been there since we split the original Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan in half... The top item is your Upgrade Plan, the bottom one is your Plug-In and Support Plan.

Ok thank you for explaining. I just purchased the plugin bundle so that means now all is well.. :)
