If u save u r session on ntfs
Open u r same session on a mac save copy in it wil work for me

This is insane. This software is completely un-useable. I'm new to Pro Tools but what is the most efficient way to report an obvious software failure? I have 3 projects, none of them I can access. Every time I close the application down I have to consider the fact that I may not be able to access that project again. At this point I have to delete something just to use the program. Incredibly frustrating.

Any progress and this error? I'm a new user and both my projects are lost due to this error.

Unistall cloud client service. Start Pt first. Reinstall the cloud client service while pt is running. I've ben able to partially recover my latest backup. Then i dowloaded Presonus studio zone 3 and unistalled pt. Wish you best of luck!

Hey there Dam...I uninstalled the Cloud Client Service but it wouldn't let me re-install while running PT. Therefore, I still get the error.
