Virtual Instruments Downloading Error
 

Hello

I recently bought a perpetual protools v 12.8 license. Pro tools installs fine, but I've been struggling with the plugins.

I keep getting error message: "13:11 Source file not found."

I sent AVID a help request and they suggested that the installation file hadn't downloaded properly. They said I should disable my anti-virus software and download again. I've tried this several times now with no luck. Still the same error message.

I'm running Windows 10 64 Bit.
