12.7 & instruments download ?

Anyone else having a problem getting the instruments for pro tools boom, xpand etc? I have downloaded the folders a couple times and cant open them. I tried a third party utility to open the zip files and extract and says error 1311. source file not found

I'm having the same problem. Have protools 12.8.
