Help transferring 2019.6 from ilok to the cloud.

Hello friends. I really want to transfer 2019.6 from my ilok 2 to the cloud. I know it's on m ilok because I can use PT with my ilok inserted.

The weird part is that it does not show up in my ilok manager for me to transfer it over. Cannot find 2019.6 in my ilok manager for some reason. It shows my perpetual PT licenses for 10/11/12, but not for 2019.6.

Any insight into this would be great. Thanks peeps!

did you update the ilok software ?
