El Capitan support, Sweetwater presets, Expansion Pack
 

Hey guys,

Just got my Eleven Rack used and made two major mistakes.

The first was I upgraded my operating system on my Macbook before I got the rack to El Capitan (I don't think Avid had any current drivers for that operating system).

The second mistake was I reset the settings to default because I didn't want the previous user's presets. Little did I know that would wipe out the Sweetwater artist presets that I wanted. I'm also worried it wiped out the expansion pack.

I guess my obvious questions are:
Does anyone know if a new driver for El Capitan is in the works/being released soon?

Does anyone know of a way of restoring the Sweetwater artist presets?

And lastly, does anyone know if restoring the default settings erases the expansion pack?

New OS support takes time. There is a lot of testing to do. I don't know when it will be approved.

The only way to restore the Sweetwater presets is to load them back up. Email the previous owner and see if he/she has a backup.

Resetting the Eleven Rack to default will NOT erase the current Firmware. You can check your firmware version like this

i did not back up my sweetwater presets wondering if anyone might have them sure would help me out thanks chuck
