weird message about "disk allocation"

The original disk allocation for this session cannot be used. Check the disk allocation window to see what's changed.

I just got that message. any idea what has happened? when I went in the disk allocation window it froze up on me and gave me an even weirder message. I also now cannot bounce my sessions to disc.

Re: weird message about "disk allocation"

also, when I try to bounce to disc an error message pops up that says: "Macintosh HD" is not an audio playback volume.

I should mention that I am using an intel mac/LE 7.4/10.4.11

Best,
Colin

Re: weird message about "disk allocation"

Open the pro tools application, do not open a session. Click on WINDOW, then click workspace. Macintosh HD should be in R R mode. After committing this setting open the session and bounce some audio to the desktop.

By any chance did you move the session from one place to another on your hard drive?
