1 of 3 control surfaces not recognized. please help!
 

Hi, i have Transport, Mix, and Color surface running on a 2013 Mac Pro with Yosemite, latest Eucon driver. Both my Transport, and Mix work fine, however the Color turns on (Avid Logo) but is not recognized in Eucon (No show). I've tried swapping ethernet cables between surfaces, and connecting direct (no hub) , and everytime, the transport and mix connect fine. what could be going on?

i'm really concerned because i'm in the middle of a big project right now and i need this for work.
