Pro Tools Creative Collection returned an error. Error: -2147213312

What is this error during installation of Air Instruments?
And are there any ideas on how to remedy it? thanks

Is there enough free space on your hard drive to install? Also, you might try copying the contents of the disk to your hard drive, and install from there.
