I have problems with mine from time to time, rebooting each fader pack usually will get them working again. Sometimes it’s harder than others.

I developed a single fighting fader last night, took my heavy duty Electric Duster to it and it seems to be working fine now.

I'm curious though, I was only able to find this replacement fader:

I'm curious, is that the right one, and even if so, are their other alternatives? Hopefully maybe cheaper????
