Avid HDX drivers for protools ultimate

I have an Avid HDX card. Installed it in my Magma Thunderbolt 3 chassis on my Mac mini running Catalina 10.15.
Protools Ultimate and System Prefs (sound) on the mini do not see my Avid IOs. Do I need a special driver for this?
Thanks! Jon

DigiLink i/o license is needed with PT 12.6 and later so if you have upgraded make sure you have that

My AVID HDX driver Icon shows up sometime a no show:confused: in Systems Preferences and Audio Midi Setup. When I oppen Pro Tools Ultimate using HDX as my Playback engine I get and Audio Midi Error message. Please see below.
I have the Avid HDX card housed in a Sonnet eGFX Breakaway Box w/TB3 connecting to an Antelope GoliathHD via two HDX ports. The GoliathHD is connected by TB2 using an adaptor to my iMac Pro (2017) running macOS High Sierra 10.13.2.

I went to the link you provide but did not know which to choose, my interface being an Antelope GoliathHD.

You need to also consider the Chassis might be bad, or the cables

The only way to get to the bottom of the situation is to troubleshoot with another system....like a MBP etcetera

Do you have a digilink license?

Are you following these instructions exactly?
eGFX Breakaway Box (GPU-350W-TB3Z) - Supports one HDX card. Avid Pro Tools HDX PCIe Card Power Adapter Cable and an Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter required. Thunderbolt 3 Cable (40Gbps; 1-meter) recommended.

I have no doubt that the Goliath HD cannot run both via thunderbolt and the digilink at the same time. Is the thunderbolt connection interfering with the digilink connection while it’s connected?

Top Jimmy,
Yes I have a license for my Avid HDX card, iLok Manager License Manager.
Yes I connected the TB3 cable that came with the Breakaway Box to my iMac Pro TB3 port.

I did have both the connected. Now the TB3 is connected to my iMac Pro and I remove the cable from port 1 and 2 on the HDX card housed in the Breakaway Box from the Goliath.Rebooted and still the Avid HDX icon is a no show in System Preferences and Audio Midi Setup. Please see attached.
