breeze 2, amazing reverb for $99
This reverb has shocked me.. I am demoing today..
I have never seen a lighter 3rd party reverb on my macbook pro.. it uses 1% on pro tools meter. 1. And sounds as good as H reverb and pro R. Yes it loses the intricate editing of those but for me, it has all the editing i usually use on a very anyway (including HP and LP). and most of all it sounds GREAT. It's on sale for now and then goes up 25$ to 125$ I am really impressed.. this could be a great reverb also for native reverb monitoring, as so far what i have done with it seems to be zero additional latency - and with such low cpu it should work well at low buffers.. I am getting dverb levels of efficiency with a much, MUCH better sound. Check it out. https://www.designersound.com/breeze/222-breeze-20.html |
Re: breeze 2, amazing reverb for $99
Ok, i have this big problem where i get excited about something and post.. and then discover something negative an hour later..
Certain algorithms on this (the really good ones) use the same cpu as pro-R after all... Still way less than H reverb of course.. and still a wonderful reverb (i think i will get it cause it provides such instant results) but i tried it at 64 samples and couldn't get one instance working on one single audio track monitored without overload. Sorry to say. |
