Will there be a new version of Pro Tools in 2018?

Will there be a new version of Pro Tools in 2018? Or the arrival of Falcon (very very good) is the only new things?

No one knows I guess, except jeffro maybe :p. The Falcon announcement came exactly at the time of my renewal , but I'd like to have an official Mojave support before the end of the year and maybe a couple of new features... That said 2018.10 already works great (even under Mojave) so it's not a life-and-death situation either ;)

I upgraded and the Falcon installed but on a quick look could not see any sounds or patches, does one load them separately or where are they found, thanks

Yes, but AVID has explained its new way of charging customers with its ongoing developments. We must not forget it. It's his logic, it's Avid who chose that. So, we wait for him to do what he says: a payment against development.

I see them in the window on the right, not the one on the left ...

Maybe in my translation : so we expect Avid to do what Avid says.

If you speak French well, I can explain to you better. :-)

:-) Got It !

I think there will be one more version this year with some fixes etc but I don’t think it will be any features in this release.

I'm hoping for Mojave-approval in 2018. :-)
