Blue light is on the power supply, it is receiving power. Power switch does absolutely nothing. I assume even without being connected to Eucon, there should be some kind of activity when powered on? (test lights, faders up/down etc...) It was absolutely brand new sealed in box.

Just try to lock the power cable on the unit, you have to twist it.
