Hackintosh Help

ok computer techie friend of mine, is hackintoshing my pc based i7 using,

iBoot, Atikos V7, PiCE Newest Version,

Having trouble with,
Kernel Panic ACPI, No Drivers Found,
Thinks it just might be the video card, (ATI, Radeon HD 4350),
But we cant figure out the problem, If ANYONE has this card working with Snow Leopard 10.6.2 + with dual monitor set up, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, tell me what you did...

I did purchase a retail copy of Snow Leopard... So this IS a legitimate Hackintosh, and i would really like my purchase not to be in vain.

Thanks, hopefully someone here can chime in, if you need system components, let me know, its 4 in the morning and i dont want to call my techie at this time to read me the parts.

Your humble user,
Honor.Discipline.Knowledge. Enterprise.

This is not the Hackintosh forum's and they are not supported and you are bound to run into problems when you apply updates.....

Re: Hackintosh Help

There is no such thing as a legitamate hackintosh. installing OSX on ANY non-apple PC is against apples EULA. The only time they would do somethign about it mind you is if you were selling hackintoshs. And FYI, lots of people have run into problems with your board. Best one for hackintosh right now is the Asus P6T. im doing hackintosh next week actually, ill post results.

oh and when you apply updates, make sure you backup your key pLists. that way if something goes wrong, just reload them and your good to go.

"Kakewalk" is all that needs to be said, and all that I am going to say here.

This entire discussion is against the forum terms of use, for those that care. Certain recent events have made this issue a very sensitive one.

Closing this thread. As we stated on a recent thread, due to the various undetermined legal issues that may or not be involved with running Mac OS X on non-Apple computers, this topic would need to be discussed elsewhere, not on this forum.
