Invalid account
 

In trying to link my iLok account to my avid account, I am redirected to a validate account page. Once completed I am shown this message

"An unexpected error has occurred with you User account. Please contact Avid Support and provide them the following Error Code - 021706672"

Not sure if this issue is linked to the one above, but also, when signing into the Avid Application Manager, it won't get past Authentication stage on "My Account". Just getting sticking with the loading wheel.
I am currently running Pro Tools 12.4 on OS X 10.9.5.
