Hi There,

We purchased PT Ultimate subscription, and have verified that we were charged, but we did not receive an email confirmation, or any download codes, or ilok activation. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how did you get your PT activated?

I see it listed with installers in my.avid.com/products > Pro Tools | Ultimate and the license bundle is activated to your iLok2 so it looks like you should be all set.
