Instrument Alignment

We are not the tightest group so I am looking for an add-on or something within PT that will align two or more midi tracks or analog recorded tracks(guitarists) (or for that matter inter-mixed, midi & analog).

The VocAlign Audiosute plug will align a "dub" track to "host" (I can't remeber what they call it without looking). For instance, if you have an instrument with a tight performance and you double tracked it, you can align the double track to the original.
The best thing is to start with drums and a key instrument of your song (bass or guitar)and beat detective it. If using PT LE you can simulate this manually with the use of tab to transient and time compression/expansion.
