Contract agreements.

I'm in the process of drawing one up to cover my rear when it comes to producing advertising jingles for clients - just so I can use it for my own promotion and retain ownership of the raw tracks, session etc.

Does anyone have a ready made one that they wouldn't mind sharing?

If you really want to cover your rear, get a lawyer to write one up. If loopholes are discovered in the contract, you can go back to the lawyer and get him to fix it. If you borrow a contract from someone and your client finds a loophole, you're stuck.
