How do others monitor their cue mixes?

What do others use to monitor their headphone mixes?
With my old analog system I was able to simply solo the aux and hear the cue mix through my monitors. Now it seems I have to set myself up with a headphone box and jump back and forth. Headphones on to make changes in the cue mix send, headphones off to listen to the control room mix.

How are other people sending the cue mix to the monitor section?

Yeah, This is really annoying. The only solution I could came up with was to use output 3&4 (or 5&6) as my cue send, so I could monitor them in the PT source section at the C24.
