Is there a standard for recording Sys exclusive

I have a older version of MOTO Performer, from which I saved my songs as standard midi files to convert them to my Digi 001 system. The midi tracks converted well, but the tracks with system exclusive info do not work on 001. My songs play back, but my devices don't change to the desired settings.

Any ideas how I can convert my system exclusive tracks from Performer to 001; without doing it manually?

Not all systems can read other system's sysex data. You might be screwed there.
