Ok so how do I keep all this in time?
ProTools 5 audio in Bars and Beats
Virus TDM synth w/ arpeg "Midi beat clock?"
Cake Walk Pro 9 with SoundFonts MTC
Midi Time Peice AV
Damm Virus is at 88 BPM and so is Cakewalk but the Arpegiator floats in and out of time. (off by .5?)
I record all the cakewalk Midi as audio
and have to chop Virus up just a little
to make her thump on the one.
I need to do what?
-Will Virus snap the tempo to bars and beats?
-What should be the source for Midi Beat Clock.
-Should I lay in a snare on 1-2-3-4 and have MTP AV turn it into a midi note? to make MBClock?
