We have a PT Mix with AV option running on a G4 with the 13 slot expansion chassis from Magma. When we installed the dual channel atto card(ATTO 64-Kit) and started the machine, the card was not recognised and the drives connected did not show up. But when we power off the expansion chassis and re-started, the card showed up with attached drives. I tried changing the slot of the SCSI card from third slot to second slot, but to no use.
I changed the exp chassis to a 7-slot Digi, changed the ABVB card - no difference.
If I put the SCSI card also in the Exp chassis everything shows up and I am able to digitise and play back, but Digi does not approve of that, right?
