Fifth email will be posted at DUC!!!

I'm a registered user of Virus TDM and I would like to take your offer to upgrade
into Virus Indigo.

Are you guys OK?

Do I have to send 3 emails and wait two months for something to happen!?

.................................................. .........................

I need a copy of Indigo TDM.

TIA

Henry -------------

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Henry,

We are exited to announce that the Access Virus Indigo TDM plug-in has
been released. The Indigo TDM integrates the signature sound of
Access' award-winning synthesizer into the Pro Tools environment with
significantly more parameters and functions than included with the
original Virus TDM plug in. Among those are Reverb, Phaser, 3rd main
oscillator, a highly improved arpeggiator and many other new features.

Following in the footsteps of its wildly popular Virus predecessor, the
Access Virus Indigo plug-in now comes with over 1,000 world-class
sounds right out of the box. It also takes full advantage of
"power-on-demand" TDM technology offered through Pro Tools|HD and MIX
workstations. Users can benefit from up to eight multi-timbral
synthesizers per DSP with up to 16 voices on Pro Tools|24 MIX and up to
20 voices on Pro Tools|HD. For example, users can achieve a maximum of
160 voices total at 48 kHz, or 80 voices at 96 kHz on a single Pro
Tools|HD Process Card.

Since according to your website you are in Perth, I'm assuming you are trying to contact your local office, Digidesign Australia:
http://www.digidesign.com/aboutus/contact/australia.cfm

as it mentions in the instructions in the email and on the website:
http://www.digidesign.com/news/hotnews/indigo_synth/index.cfm

I would probably just call them. But if you have emailed them with no response, don't want to call for some reason, and you really want to do it by email, then you can email the main Digi CS office in the US at [email protected]

Thanks...

You are correct..

Originally Didgi in Australian have sent me an offer and I was responding to it.

I've sent 4 replays to [email protected]

and they've... responded to Music Park offering deal with... RRP.

Guys from sent them at least 3 emails!

Music Park are not ecstatic with [email protected] services!

If Oz Digi’ office wouldn’t responded at all, I would blame email services... but they did.

They NEVER responded to my emails at all.

I've called Music Park 3 times and... I was utterly sick of waiting several weeks to get any response.

Warmest regards...
