error publication project

when I create a new project i'm not able to start to work because appear an error
about the publication the project,

i'm using pro tools first 12.3.1.705

I try to re install the software restart my mac
but nothing

i'm thinking to try with the "old" version to che if is an issue with the template,


can u help me please!!!!
