I'll try to answer your questions the best I can.

If you are hired, you are being hired for Lackland. However, should you decide to make a career of it you'll likely move to another band at some point. (Overseas or otherwise.)

Pay depends on your college education but you can expect to be hired from an E-1 to E-3. You can check the pay charts here. http://www.dfas.mil/militarymembers/payentitlements/military-pay-charts.html

Our schedule is mostly 8:30-4:30 but if we are performing it varies. Typically for an evening performance report time can be 1-3PM and go as late as midnight.

TDY's (or tours if you will) usually vary in schedules but can last only a few days to 1-2 weeks.
