I have recently bought an upgrade to PT HD from CPTK from a local retailer in the UK (my license on the ilok is listed as Pro Tools 11 Bundle containing 10 and 11, subtype Locked Group - the Complete Production Toolkit is listed separately).
I went through the Activation Process which stopped at the ilok account 'handshake'/verification with the message "Your ILok account doesn't have any licenses for upgrade".
I don't have an ASC because i can't get past the ilok stage and am trying to find a link to some kind of support in order to fix the 'glitch' (all the ones i found link to this page http://www.avid.com/US/Support/Contact/audio-support).
My ilok id = forum username
