When is deadline for PT9 to PT12 upgrade?

When is the deadline to upgrade from plan PT9 to PT12? I thought it was was 12/31/15. However, in this 4/3/15 updated Software Upgrades FAQ I couldn't find that info. http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/faq/Pro-Tools-Q4-2014-Offer-FAQ#6

The 3rd Q in this 3/13/15 updated PTA Licensing FAQ below states 12/31/15 upgrade window deadline, but does not explicitly include PT9 eligibility. (The previous FAQ link excluded 8LE.)

it states Q. Will my Pro Tools perpetual license stop working at the end of the one-year upgrade and support plan period?
A. … Pro Tools and Pro Tools | HD owners will have through the end of 2015 to get on an annual upgrade and support plan. If you don’t get on a plan, you will not be able to upgrade your software in the future. And so it seems that a PT9 license can be upgraded to PT12SUP by the "end of 2015".

there is no deadline. that being said after dec 31 it may be $299 instead of $199.
