Dude, where's my PT 12 HD license?

Hi

I just paid $599 for a PT 12 HD upgrade from the Avid store. I received a confirmation email - which did NOT include a redemption code. My order number is 4370645.

My Avid account does not display the product so I can't download it.

I tried to log a support request but the form doesn't work.

Avid - can someone please help me sort this out?

Linda is on vacation and nobody knows her screen saver password and we have to use her computer to do that so you have to wait a few weeks until she comes back because she's visiting her sister in Wisconsin and nobody knows her sister's phone number but that's okay you can still use PT11 okay? okay.

ps - I tried using the password on the sticky note on her monitor but that one didn't work I think she must have changed it cause that was the same password Bob used but he doesn't work here anymore - sorry!
