View Full Version : Getting an NFR License extended?

I own 2 copies of Strike. One (v1.02) runs on a legacy system. The other (v1.5.1) runs on my more modern home system. Initially when I authorized the newer version, it ate the authorization for my older version. Avid eventually issued me a two year "NFR" authorization for the legacy version. That authorization is about to expire. According to the original case document (Case 01842251) they are willing to issue a new NFR, if I still need it, which I do.

Does anyone know if I now need to purchase an ASC in order to talk to Avid to get my authorization resolved?

There seems to be no other way contact them.

I've sent your post to super mods who should be able to look into your situation.

Jonathan, I'm checking with Avid CS and I'll let you know when they get back to me, or they will contact you directly.
