View Full Version : MBOX 3, No lights, No working

About 1 month ago my Mbox went out on my Mac. When it went out 2 usb ports on my mac also went out. Mbox doesn't even fire up when plugged into any of the 2 remaining working usb ports.

Im running Pro tools 9.0.5 and MAC OSX Version 10.6.8

Im soo bummed and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is there another computer you can test the Mbox on, preferably with a different USB cable as well? If it still doesn't work on another computer, you should try contacting Avid CS (http://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact)and arrange a repair if it is under warranty.
