MC Pro bug

I am seing odd behaviour from my MC Pro. For instance, when hitting the setup button on the right edit section, the middle section of buttons also starts pulsing. Subsequently, when leaving setup, the right edit section returns to the correct state, but the middle section remains pulsing as if in setup mode.

I also have buttons loose their backlight randomly on both right edit and middle section. When this happens, it looses it's function.


Any ideas?

Eucon 2.7, Pyramix masscore 8.1 (same behaviour on native 7.0)

The problem that Carrie reported above disappeard on its own for a while, but has now resurfaced. It may seem like it happens when her office gets hot.
Has anyone else experienced possible heatrelated problems like this?
