No Delay in Waves Plug-Ins

One of the oddest things I've ever encountered. Any waves Plug-In that I use in AudioSuite that has Delay is not working. Only in AudioSuite. I've tried all kinds of suggestions from other users. If I use DIGI Multitap Delay - no issue. If I use H Delay - nada. It gets really strange if I use something like CLA Effects, and all other effects work BESIDES delay.

Should I just re-install or is there a simple solution here?

That IS a weird one.

Of course re-installing is worth a shot as is the basic Pro Tools troubleshooting.
