Hello all -

Just curious if anyone here had used any of the Focusrite Scarlett Audio Suite Plugins. If so, what are your opinions?

I was looking for some modestly priced alternatives to my BombFactory plugs for some different flavors. I'm currently using the BF Slightly Rude Compressor and BF76 Limiter, along with some Nomad stuff. I like them, but am looking for a little variety. End uses are mostly voiceover and audio-for-video, with a sprinkling of small combo music.

Much thanks.

I'm pretty sure they're not an emulation of the Red series.

Whatever they are, they're not that great. It doesn't even look like they're sold separately anymore, they're just bundled with the Scarlett interfaces, including the $149 Scarlett 2i2.

Their Midnight plugins, on the other hand, are excellent.

However, if you're looking for an overall bundle with a bunch of different versatile plugins, I would suggest Waves Silver bundle, but wait until it goes on a good sale. Or Gold, even better.

Appreciate the feedback. The Midnight suite was also something I was looking at.
