first there was sound... then there was none...HELP

... I've thoroughly been through these forums for solutions and have tried everything so far with no avail... Sooooo...

I was recording fine last night then today... No sound in my monitor headphones plugged into the front of Mbox 2 and no vocal levels reading in the track line on pro tools itself....

Mac OSX 10.5.8 PPC G4
PRO TOOLS LE 8
MBOX 2 with condenser mic(xlr)

I haven't changed any of the cords... And my i/o look the same too... So whato's happened?
Another side note... I think I remember being able to hear the mic through the headphones even with pro tools loading... Now there's just pure silence... Please help...d

Also... Phantom power is on... And I have rechecked all my connections to make sure everything is secure

Fixed my issue... Just in case anyone comes across this and has the same problem.... It ended up being the input setting... Somehow the vocals were sending to theaux stereo? and I overlooked that information my previous passes... Weird... But fixed... K thanks
