80's Style Vocoder Vocal Effect for Pro Tools/Mac?

Hello,
I need to come up with a cue that has the robot type Vocorder effect on the vocal, not the over Auto-Tuned (Radio Disney) effect. Sort of like the 80's effect, even if it is corny and outdated!
What's the best way of achieving this without having to buy something I may only use once. I know I've got something in my rig that'll do it but I just don't know what.

what do you have with a side chain/key input?

Waves Morphoder and the Access Virus are the two that I have that will do it. There is a vocoder in Reason, if you have that.

Eiosis ELS Vocoder is great. Check it out.

The ELS Vocoder is available in VST, AU and RTAS plugin formats for Windows and Mac OS X.

Prosoniq’s Orange Vocoder is now only offered in AU format.

Waves were doing the Morphoder cheap as a single plugin, pretty impressive piece of kit.

Having gone pretty deeply into ELS and Orange, I prefer ELS. It's deeper and more flexible. Haven't used Morphoder.
