View Full Version : Upgraded to PT9, no Creative Collection plug-ins work

Yes, I ticked the box to install them.

I also "modified" the install later and "re-installed" the same thing. Xpand, Mini-Grand, and whatever other instruments that are in that collection do not work, as the .big files and whatnot are not anywhere to be found.

Could use some help.

Just to be sure, do you have the licenses on your iLok to run these?

The licenses I have on my iLok are as follows:

Pro Tools 9
SoundReplacer

Is there supposed to be a specific one for Creative Collection??

The Creative Collection plug-ins are part of the standard Pro Tools 9 installation, no additional authorization required. See this thread, you may not have installed the full content:

I suppose I will try the full installer instead (since I used the updater/upgrade or whatever).

Do I need to uninstall first, or just install over the top of it?
