Keypad and Track Pad not working on TDM under 8.0.3. Is this verified and is a fix in the works? It is a loss to us PC users.

Please aknowledge this is an HD issue! Also, do you still fix PC issues that worked in previous versions? If not do not list compatability. Sorry maybe I should go "Hey Avid" to get your attention on this issue.

Yep correction:only the track pad is not working in 8.03 ,cs1,cs2..

Mac OSX 10.5.8, Pro Tools 8.01cs2, G5 Dual 2.3 PCI-X, 32 Fader ProControl, Trackpad, and Keypad and all controls appear to be working fine so far! Going to open some of my 7.4 sessions up later tonight. I'll post back on the DUC about my findings.

We've tested this and it's working here. Have any of you tried trashing preferences yet?

Also, can you tell me the version of the Pro Control personality file located in the Controllers folder inside your Pro Tools folder?

All works fine for 8.0.1. Keypad fine on 8.0.3 cs2 trackpad does not work.

Hi, i have pro tools 8.03 CS2 and pro control 24 fader MAC OSX SNOW LEOPARD 10.6.3 and i have mouse pad in procontrol not working.

Are all the other functions of the ProControl working with Pro Tools versions beyond 8.01cs2? Please post a reply for those who have everything working with exception of the keypad and track pad.

Yep the procontrol is still the best deal around ,I actually never got to use

the trackpad as I got mine late in the game . Just stay away from the

monitoring section,,,,sucks
