So I use strike to create a swing groove..

I play keyboard and I suck at keeping time so I need to quantize. I quantize to 8 note swing.. and all the notes are moved to nearest 8th note.. my piano grove has some 16th feel but need to swing to 1/8 note swing...

How can i let it quantize to 8 note swing and still have some on the 16th note..

Use the selector tool. Select UP TO where one of the 16th note phrases happen. Quantize everything up to that point with 1/8th Triplets. then select the 16th note passage, quantize it to 16th note triplets (or straight 16ths, whatever you prefer). Then select after it and quantize up to the next 16th note part to 1/8th triplets, then quantize the next 16th note passage and so on and so forth.

the quantize window keyboard shortcut is Opt+0 [Numpad].
