Question on set up

hi there,
i am trying to shop online for a home studio set (very very basic) just for my practicing for school and i cannot wait until monday to ask my teachers about this!!!!

i just wanted to know if it's possible to use two midi controllers at the same time for a software?

i'm buying pro tools and i know that i will need an audio interface like the FAST TRACK PRO to be able to use it..

but, will i be able to use a MIDI CONTROLLER KEYBOARD and the U-CONTROL at the same time on this software?
so basically the U-Control will control the mixer window of PRO TOOLS and the MIDI KEYBOARD will play samples from my computer instead of a sound module, so that i can record. i'm not planning to get a sound module but i wanna use my compurter as the sound source..

so all i will need will be:
-computer
-midi controller keyboard
-midi controler mixer (u-control)
-audio interface
-monitors (speakers)
-and othe instruments or mirophones but that will depend on me..

is that right?
i just wanted to know if this system will work
if not, can you please list what exactly i will need..

I'm not sure I understand how you are intending on using it as far as if it will work, but you can use two midi controllers doing different things. You'll probably be fine.
