Seems everybody’s hot for this “new” ms processing equipment. Here’s a Pro Tools setup where you can insert any plugs you like and tweak m and s signals separately.

Any stereo signal fed into bus 25-26 will be separated into mid and side signals and then added back to a stereo signal. Try inserting a couple of eq:s on the m and s tracks and play away.
