Hi,

I'm looking for a very solid cablig system (2 or 4 coax) to be used on tour. Something like the PM1PR panel from Teqsas.

Hi Daniel,

Check out Belden 7711A or Gepco VS4 2001 cable. They're both 4-conductor co-ax rated for runs up to 500 feet. Spec wise they're identical, but the Gepco is a bit more flexible.

just to add, you might want to consider 5 or 6 conductor to have ready spares to switch to.

Thanks. And for the connectors, is there something better than BNC? It's one of the weak part (gets easyly crushed by roadies... :-()...

BNC connectors are pretty much standard for co-ax cable. Like any other connector they come in varying degrees of quality and ruggednes, so ask the cable supplier to recommend a robust 75 ohm BNC that fits the cable you've chosen. Many people use the Neutrik Rear Twist BNC, with good result.
