Midi track on 6.7

I've been out of Pro Tools for about a year and can't remember how to record a midi track. For example, how would I record a track using my Oxygen midi controller with Sample Tank? Any help is appreciated.

I don't do much of this, and don't have a software synth like Sampletank, but I think it is pretty straightforward:

- Create a midi track. Set it's input to the midi port you have attached your keyboard controller to (the Oxygen).

- Set the midi track to be using the correct channel, patch/etc. for the synth you are using.

There's a MIDI Recording chapter in the manual (pdf on your disc, if you don't have a hard copy of it).
