Protools and virtual intrument individual outpouts

I can't find posts concerning this but many virtual instruments I own (Intakt players, Kontakts Players, Elastik, Liquid instruments and many others including sampletank) are supposed to have individual outpout. But when I try to assign them, impossible to reach those outpouts. It works fine with Stylus RMX but it's an exception. I think I own the latest versions of those plugs but nothing to do. I'm on PT7.0.

From my limited experience, it's the plugins fault.

Sampletank works great with multiple outs, you just have to set it up that way.

Most of the Native Instruments stuff seems have problems (try wrapping the VST version as a solution)

Most plugins have settings within the plugins that you have to set first, and then restart the plugins for the outputs to show up.

RTAS MachFive has multiple outputs on the Mac, but not on Windows. Anyone know if there's a reason for this other than MOTU being wacky that way?

Obviously, I only care about this because I'm on PC!

I had the hotline yesterday and it seems that individual outpouts are unusable with PT7 with certain plugs.

It would be great to have a list !!
