Is there a way to manually edit a .BWF's timestamp (either in Protools, or in another app)?
I have a bunch of BWF's that need to have the timestamp changed to be six seconds earlier before they are sent off.
I'm looking for a way to do this without re-bouncing files.
Any solutions?

You could try this (http://www.bwfwidget.com/html/bwf-widget-pro.html) -- but I could write something to do the job (time permitting) on Thursday pretty quickly to run under XP.

Hi Rail -- thanks for the reply. The Bwfwidget Pro looks like more than I need. If you're up to writing something that can simply edit the metadata, I'm sure there would be quite a few folks who would find it handy.
Cheers,
Tim
