Suggestions for VSt wrappers

Anybody have any suggestions for a good vst wrapper?

As far as I am aware, there is only one: The VST-RTAS adapter from FXPansion (http://fxpansion.com/product-rtasadapter-main.php)

Some software packages can be rewired into Pro Tools and can run VST plugs, but that only works for instruments as rewire is currently only one way audio.

Oh, wait, it only KIND OF sucks that there's only one, so I guess it's not a tragedy
