MTC / Compatibility with Cubase VST

Does PT NT work well with Cubase secuencers?. I have a Cubase VST. And if I digitalize video, can I synchronize this digitaliced video with my midi secuencer? (Midi secuencers need MTC to synchronize!)PT NT work well with Cubase and the card? (Together)

Obviously, Windows NT can´t work with any sequencer.
You need another computer, running on W 95/98 in sync with PT.
